Rick Hummel, Hall of Fame baseball writer, has organized his thoughts about an all-time all-star group of Cardinals. Something I've thought about from time to time.
Amazingly, my team looks exactly like this, except for possibly Willie in CF. I was glad to see Simmons as the catcher. He was my favorite player of the pre-Whiteyball era, and has HOF credentials.
