Jeremiah 37-39.
Today should mark the half way point of the year, but it doesn't. It's only day 181. Because February short-changes us on days every year.
We need to move a day from the latter half of the year to February to even it out. August 31st would be the obvious choice for one of the days.
But let's do something really spectacular. I propose September 26th be moved to February 29th. That's what I call thinking outside the box.
