I heard "Crown Him With Many Crowns" on LPR today.

Which led me to Google that hymn.
Which linked me to its Wikipedia page.
Which linked me from that hymn to The Lutheran Book of Worship.
Which linked me to The Lutheran Hymnal.
Which linked me to Lutheran Worship.
Which linked me to Lutheran Service Book.

That page led me to discover that the "new" hymnal is now 12 years old. 

And since LW came out in 1982, and LSB came out in 2006, a span of 24 years, I calculate we are half way through the life of LSB.

Look for a new hymnal around 2030. 

Not that I'll still be here then.

So I guess who cares? 

Never mind.
